You own what you generate

Content you generate on Misu is yours, under the commercial rights set out in our Terms of Service. That includes assets made with your own trained products and with your own trained personas.

Consent is required for any real person's likeness

Training a persona on a real individual's face and body requires their explicit, written consent, confirmed at the point of training, before that consent is ever asked for. That consent covers AI training, commercial deployment, and digital reproduction of their likeness. You are responsible for obtaining it and for keeping records of it.

Platform talent works differently depending on the board: Originals are fully synthetic, with no real person behind them, and are free to use with no licensing step. Main Board talent are real people who have consented to be trained for platform-wide use, available on request. Your own trained personas are private to your brand and are never made available to any other client.

What you generate is your responsibility

Don't use Misu to generate content that's illegal, that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that depicts a real person without the consent described above. This applies equally to product imagery, generated talent, and any reference images or brand assets you upload.
