Troubleshooting & FAQs

Common issues

The problems people run into most often, and what actually fixes them.

Training failed, or the product won't lock

Training validates its own result before locking a product, so a failure usually means the source photos didn't give it enough to work with. Even, consistent lighting and a genuine mix of angles (front, back, and at least one detail shot) make the biggest difference. Retry training from the product's AI Model tab once you've added better source images.

A character's identity drifts between shots

This almost always comes down to asking a model for an angle or interaction its reference images can't support, for example a hard profile turn from references that are all front-facing. The full explanation and the fix are on the character consistency page; the short version is to match your reference set to what the shot actually needs, or add a supporting reference before generating.

A generation failed outright

You'll see the failure directly on the tile, and any tokens spent on that attempt are refunded automatically. If it keeps failing on the same input, the source images or prompt are usually the cause; try simplifying either before generating again.

Insufficient tokens / billing unavailable

An insufficient tokens message means your monthly allowance is used up for this period; see the token FAQ for what to do next. A billing unavailable message is temporary and means nothing was charged; wait a moment and try again.

A garment isn't showing up in Wardrobe

Wardrobe filters products by category. Check the product's category on its own page or set it in bulk from the Products list; an uncategorised product won't appear in any Wardrobe slot.
